My username and password doesn't work?
Make sure to copy and paste your user name and password since they are both CaSe SenSAtiVE. One wrong digit will deny you access. If you forgot your user name or password you can look up your account information here. The other option is your membership has expired.

How do I look up my account information?
For ccBill click here to look up your account information, This will allow you to view your account information, or cancel your account. If you cannot cancel using this option, please fill in the customer support form with as much information as possible, and submit it to CCBill.

I tried signing up and my credit card thru ccbill but was refused even though I know that I have a valid card! Why did this happen?
If you received an error after submitting your signup form please contact ccBill. Approvals and errors are issued by the Banking Network, and are not controlled by eMelons.com.

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?
If you signed up prior to April 25th, 2003 "CCBill" and their phone number will appear on your statement.

Can I join other ways than online?
If you do not wish to join online, please contact us here for other methods of paying for membership. 

Will my name and email address ever be given out to other companies?
eMelons will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute in any manner the names and email addresses of our subscribers. The only time you will receive an email from us is to be notified about site updates or special promotions directly from emelons.com.

Why can't I download images?
All images are downloadable except Serenity's which are NOT directly downloadable but can be saved on an individual basis. Unfortunately due to a large number of images being stolen and posted on other web & paysites without consent and with the URL and copyright information removed we have decided to limit the access of the Serenity images to current members only. If you are a current member you can view the images and video any time you wish. Make sure to review the icons in the members gallery so you know which icon to click for downloading images.

Why can't I view and/or download the video clips?
ALL video CLips are downloadable. Here are few quick fixes that will most likely solve the problem:
1. Enable Java. See BROWSER INFO below to see if yours is enabled.
2. Make sure you have flash installed. Download it here for free.
3. Disable Pop-Up Blocker. There are no pop-ups in the members section,they just have a tendancy to affect java apps. So disabling your softeare will make for a more enjoyable experience.
4. If you use Netscape and are unable to download the video clips, please try using Internet Explorer or Firefox before contacting customer service. It is an issue with your browser configuration and not the website. If you need additional support contact us here and include a description of the problem plus all your BROWSER INFO (copy and paste from below).

How can I change my credit card type, or my billing information? 
eMelons currently uses CCBill for it's transaction processing. CCBill does not offer a means to change the billing information. The only way to currently change existing membership billing information is to cancel the current account and start a new one. Your account will end 30 days after you were last billed.

Am I entitled to a refund? 
If you cancel before your time period has expired, you are not entitled to a refund. There are no free previews offered in the membership area, and the amount of time you spend in the membership area is neither monitored nor restricted. However, please note that refunds can be made on a case by case basis. Please contact us here if you wish to be reviewed for a refund and explain your reasons why you should be granted a refund.
